THE TEMPORAL

Music flows, so do the forms.

The Design

T1 [0:00-2:19] - A1 [2:19-]

A1 [0:00-0:04] - T2 [ 0:04-1:17] - A2 [1:17-]

A2 [0:00-0:11] - T3 [0:11-]

The journey starts with the T1 section. Here the audience can immerse themselves into a world of white stripes. The curtains remain static.

The fans installed behind the curtains will start only when the audience comes close to the active section (where the light and music are). The wind produced by the fans will give the curtains transient curves, creating a temporal and suggestive form that goes with the music.

The 2D Geometry

The temporal section is based on the two-note chord and 2D geometry. The mapping of the chords looks like:

The left panel consists of the root and the third, the right consists of the third and the fifth, the top panel consists of the seventh note. When it is a triad, the top panel remains static.
